I bequeath one incident when the most sought after guy in school was wearing white parachute pants. He sat down on one of the benches outside of the school. The red dye on the wood seeped onto the lay of his pants. He was actually teased all day that the wrong cheeks were blushing. 3. Neon bright clothing. Some of them were so bright you needed sunglasses just to look at yourself in the mirror. I particularly remember having a bright orange one with black lettering that said wild. 4. Bermuda Shorts. These were shorts that went almost down to the knee and had a little cuff at the bottom. This was during the "preppy" look time. 5. Tank dresses. These were my favorites. They were so comfortable. The dresses were made of t-shirt material and the top looked like a tank top. My favorite was a pink one. I would feature it with an over-sized color sweat shirt that hung off the shoulder. Then I would wear pink droop socks and purple converse high tops. 6. Slouch socks. These were over-sized socks that you scrunched down. Sometimes you would wear two socks on each leg for added color. Or you could wear a different alter on each leg.7. Converse high tops. Everyone had several colors so you could coordinate with your furnish. Lol! Ok! Yes I know that was more then 3 but it was fun strolling down memory lane. I could probably go one for quite a bit more on the strange fads of the 80s. We pretty much share the same appetizer soup and main course!I enjoy reading everyone's desserts and I remember loving to wear my tank dresses because they were so comfortable and they looked good.
